Step 8: Accepting/Rejecting participants

This tutorial explains how to accept or reject riders.  It will also detail how you can view more information about a given rider i.e. all of their LTS information.

Participants can be broken down into 4 categories:

  • New entries – participants that have not yet been accepted or rejected
  • Accepted – participants that have been accepted
  • Rejected – participants that have been rejected
  • Withdrawn – participants that have withdrawn themselves from the event

Upon Accepting:

Each accepted rider will automatically receive email confirmation about their acceptance

Upon Rejecting:

Each rider will automatically receive a full refund and email confirmation about their rejection
