Step 11: Building startsheet (Offline)

This tutorial will explain how to build your startsheet offline, using the startsheet template. The process can be summarised as follows:
- Download the startsheet template (this should only be used for the purposes of uploading it back into the website (step 3)).
- Populate the startsheet template with a start number (bib) and starting time (time format MUST be in HH:MM:SS)
- Upload the completed startsheet back into the website
